Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (by 3:30 PM) to avoid a penalty. Cancellations and modifications are considered confirmed upon receipt of a cancellation or modification email. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a penalty equal to one night’s room charge plus tax.

100% Smoke-Free Policy

To ensure the health and comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, including:

  • Tobacco

  • Marijuana

  • E-cigarettes & vaping

  • Incense & candles

  • Strong-smelling essential oils

A $250 cleaning surcharge will be assessed for any violations.

Payment

  • A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) is required for all reservations.

  • Checks and foreign currency are not accepted.

  • Cash payments require an additional credit card on file.

  • The full amount will be charged at check-in.

Identification & Payment Authorization

  • All guests must be at least 21 years old.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM

  • Early Check-In: Subject to room availability. Please call the day before your arrival.

  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Late Check-Out: Subject to availability; may incur additional fees.

  • Latest Check-In: 10:30 PM (our office does not remain open overnight). 

Right to Refuse Service

Seal Rock Inn reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Evict guests who:

  • Violate hotel policies

  • Disturb the peace

  • Pose a safety risk

Violations may result in fees or eviction without a refund.

Damage and Vandalism

Guests are responsible for:

  • Any damage to hotel property

  • Associated cleaning or repair costs

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Please keep all noise levels low, including:

  • TVs
  • Music
  • Phone calls
  • Conversations
  • Avoid gathering in hallways.

Lost & Found

  • Seal Rock Inn is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Lost items are retained for 14 days.
  • Perishables and toiletries are discarded.

Hotel Accessibility

We offer the following accessible accommodations:

  • Wheelchair access
  • Accessible parking and guest rooms
  • Roll-in showers
  • Accessible swimming pool
  • Closed captioning on TVs
  • Service animals welcome

Failure to Comply

Non-compliance with house rules may result in eviction without refund.
